Obesity is a very bad disease that can affect your health and your life. If you are even slightly obese then you still might have a health problem. If you are obese then you have a risk of having Cardiovascular. Cardiovascular is a sickness mostly heart disease and stroke. Cardiovascular is the world’s number one disease that causes death. Cardiovascular kills 17 million people every year! If you are a kid and you are obese then you have a higher chance of dieing early and being disabled then obese adults. If you are obese and you are pregnant the chances are that the baby is also going to be obese. So If you are obese then your family can also get impacted. The best news is that obesity and overweight can be largely stoppable. You can stop it by having an energy balance between calories spend  and calories used.
